SABAYAT UKUN (EGG FLAT BREAD)

Somali breakfast wrap, seasoned scrambled eggs in our homemade flat bread, with onion, peppers, your choice of cheese, chicken, beef, or salmon. 

BEEF LIVER

Beef liver with sautéed onion, peppers and tomatoes garnished with cilantro.

FUL MADAMES

Braised fava, with onions, garlic and homemade seasonings
